Whose personal data do we process?
Unlike other Software and Design Agencies, Designing Key also issues refunds to its customers who are not satisfied with our services for which we are sure will not happen with our professional production team.
Refund policy of Designing Key will be nil if:
- If the Initial Design Concepts are approved by the clients and revision processed has started.
- If the client has chosen a special discounted package.
- If the clients want the refund due to a reason that is not related to Designing Key.
- If the client is unresponsive or not contacted Designing Key from 15 Working days.
- If Companies policies are violated.
- If the brief form is lacking required information.
- If the claim has crossed the “refund request” time span.
- If the Final Files are delivered by the Sales Representative/Project Managers of Designing Key.
- If the business is closing or there is a disagreement with the partners of the company.
- If the services are from the following Web/Email Hosting, Domain Registrations, SEO and SMM.
